Venue Showcase : Grittleton House

In this part of Wiltshire we are surrounded by beautiful wedding venues. Living in Chippenham we are only a short drive from the Cotswolds and, consequently, find ourselves working at some stunning Cotswold wedding venues. Continuing my series of venue showcase blog posts, I’m going to focus on another amazing venue - Grittleton House. I am proud to say this is yet another venue that recommends me as a supplier - in fact, I have a long-standing relationship with the venue which has spanned at least a decade.

Grittleton House, near Chippenham

Grittleton House is one of those venues which makes your jaw drop as soon as you reach the gates at the bottom of the tree-lined driveway - arrange to visit and you’ll see what I mean! It is a stunning Grade II listed Manor House surrounded by beautiful gardens (including the sunken Italian Gardens). I also particularly love the inside with its sweeping staircase and intricate ceilings. It’s still a family-owned venue with a bucketload of history which makes it a uniquely interesting place to host a wedding.
